(gravelly); shaded, disturbed Thuja plicata/
Clintonia uniflora habitat type with Abies grandis,
Picea engelmanii and Pinus monticola; occasional
with Pachistima myrsinites, Smilacina stellata,
Vaccinium membranaceum and Arctostaphylos uva-ursi;
large pink flowers; height 1-1.5 meters.
