leaf In preparation for traditional dances, such
as Napen napen, an extraction is prepared to im-
prove the voice of female singers. A handful of
leaves are squeezed in a cup of water and con-
sumed before entering the field of dance. This is
considered to clear the voice and make it sweeter.
It is consumer only once per day.
