Take the bark, put it in a reef area, smash bark with a rock underwater, releasing liquid from the bark. This process stuns the fish within 10 minutes. Afterwards they rise to the surface of the water and can be harvested for cooking and eating. fruit Fruits edible, can be eaten fresh; remove nuts and eat these. Alternatively, the fruit can be boiled in a pot for 5 minutes and the nut can be removed and eaten.
