  • Description

    Pileus 4-6 cm broad, subumbonate and plano-convex to plano-convex, viscid, with agglutinated repent fibrils, pale cinnamon brown. Flesh white, unchanging, with mild odor. Tubes adnexed vinaceous pink with pores 1-2 per mm, vinaceous pink. Stipe 7-9 cm long, 5-10 mm broad, equal and broader at base to nearly subclavate, dry, alveolate reticulate, with tan to light brown ornamentation on white ground color, yellow near base (see Qld material), white at base, arising from white rhizomorphs, with interior white, unchanging, becoming hollow toward base.
