where planted slash pine recently (previous
year or two, not more) clearcut, .before
that longleaf pine-scrub oak (Quercus laevig
sprouts much in evidence). By graded logging
road (St. Joe Paper Co. land) 1.9 miles W
of Fla. Rt. 20, the logging road 2.5 miles
W of Hosford.
