Description
Pileus 2.5-3.5 cm broad, convex, dry, matte, dark brown on disc, reddish to ward margin, yellow at margin, subrugulose becoming finely areolate, even at margin, Flesh yellow, quickly cyanescent and appearing white, with mild odor and taste. Tubes adnexed bright yellow, cyanescent, with pores bright yellow and cyanescent. Stipe 4-7 cm long, 5-7 cm broad, subclavate to clavate, dry, with scattered, faint pruina above, fibrillose below, bright yellow above progressively redder below to red brown at base, with a dull ochraceous tint at base, with interior yellow above, progressively deep red to red brown at base, quickly cyanescent.
