Eleocharis obtusa (Willd.) Schultes
At edge of low spot with standing water (deep ruts
in unpaved road); on floodplain along the Savannah
River. Site #13 (Lat. 34°04,30"; Long. 82°38f30"),
about 0.2 mile north of the S. C. 72 bridge over
the Savannah. Below the 475-ft. contour (full pool
for proposed Russell Lake; impoundment of the
Savannah River scheduled for the mid-19801s).
