Tablas Monte, 3 km W of turnoff from the Cochabamba-
Villa Tunari highway.
17°09’45”S, 65°54’04”W. alt. 2605 m.
Cloud forest, much disturbed by conversion to fields for
Capsicum pubescens and pastures.
Small tree, evidently an epiphyte in a larger tree. Leaves
medium green above, pale green (almost yellow-green)
beneath. Inflorescence hanging, with 8-10 primary branches
from one point at tip of branch; primary branches to 95 cm.
long, with up to 46 umbels. Immature fruit pale yellow-
green; stigmas 6-7.
