Habitat
Fine sand. Relatively undisturbed, lightly grazed savanna grassland. Mostly surrounded by pastures. Scattered, common in some parts.

Description
Very similar to the equally common no. 47580 and differing by the pubescence and probably the slightly wider leaves which are wider in the middle. The pubescence gives the two a different aspect, and perhaps there are some intermediates.
