Small size plants. Found growing on damp
soil on the bottom and sides of a small ditch,
west of the parking area, east of the Gray
Lodge Waterfowl Management Headquarters,
about \ mile west of Pennington Road, about
12 miles south-west of Gridley, California.
The plant is very common in the area.
