Old field area with weedy exotics, mostly, including
Galium pedemontanum, Vicia spp., Festuca, Acer
negundo, Galium aparine, Veronica, Valerianella.
Locally common in wet depression in field, partial
shade; flowers inconspicuous, yellowish.
