Habitat
Along calcareous stream with gravelly outwash and abundant calcareous cliffs and boulders, in mature forest dominaed by Psuedotsuga menziesii and Pinus contorta; Cratoneuron commutatum and Metaneckera menziesii common with forest dominated by Pleurozium Schreberi and Hylocomium splendens.
