USA, Puerto Rico, Loiza, Pinones, on sandy soil in coastal
dunes with Coccoloba uvifera, 19 xi 1996, leg. Horak.
P. -50 mm, convex becoming subdepresed-expanded, pure
wihte at first, with pale yellow to ochre tinge over centre,
with striate to subplicate margin, viscid if moist, with
agglutinated, white, floccose, scattered, subpersisting flakes
and earts of veil.
L. -36,1-3, free, ventricose, white becoming pale ochre.
St. -60 x -5 mm, at apex, -15 mm at bulbous-submarginate
base, white, smooth, dry, solid, solitary, at base with 1-3
submembranaceous, white, fragile, non-persisting girdles and
coarse squamules. - Annulus absent.
Odour absent.
Taste not distinctive.
