west of Kagel Cyn. Road on west side of Lopez Canyon Rd. (San
Fernando 7.5’ Q.: 34°18'27"N, 118°23'38"W, ±1000m; T3N
R14W S31). Alt.: 463m/1520ft. Area burned in 2009 Station
Fire; dry cyn. bottom with resprouting perennials and seedlings of
perennials and annuals; chaparral, coastal sage scrub, and southern
oak woodland, dominant plants include: Quercus agrifolia,
Clarkia unguiculata, Eucrypta chrysanthemifolia, Phacelia minor,
Bromus diandrus, Mar ah macrocarpa, and Adenostoma
fasculatum.
Common annual; deep blue-lavender As.
