Hwy. 190; 4.0 mi east of San Cristobal de las Casas. Growing along
roadside in pine zone. The red, basal ligule spot normally characterizing
this species varied from being large and intense to absent; rays
somewhat incised along margin. Abundant weed in fields throughout the
area.
