Tehachapi Mountains: upper Oso Canyon just north of the Los
Angeles Co. line along dirt road (Lebec IS Q.: 34049'14"N,
11804T52'W,±1000m) Alt : 1174m/3850ft, Sandy flat beside
the road in opening between Quercus wislizenii thickets .
Perennial vine; fls. white. Current frts. all very small and
immature, old dried fruit elongate and large. Growing to c.3 m
high on Quercus wislizenii.
