mm long; 5-20 flrs/infl; flowers 6.5-7.5 mm
long, petals erect, pale pink fading to white,
or dark red, base pink to dark red, apex
white, pink (to red- or dark-red striped); 20
stamens; filaments pink, (some fading
white), base red to dark red, apex white;
anthers white on inner face, with pink-
purple sutures, 2-4 styles; bird-sown
adventive on sunny roadbank, with Cytisus,
Rubus armeniacus, Holodiscus, Thuja,
Salix scouleriana, Arbutus, above NW side
of Route 101, 0.5 road miles S of Pleasant
Harbor Road, Black Point, Hood Canal,
