STAFFORD CO.: Edge of deciduous woods near mile-post 138 on Interstate Highway 95, about 6 km southwest of Stafford. Shrub 2 m tall. Racemes loose, terminating evident leafy branchlets, the leaves about half-grown. Petals slender, white, 10-12 mm long, nearly 3 mm wide. Ovary glabrous on top.
