  • Description

    Slender vine in cut-over secondary forest, reaching 6 m. in height. Stems olive-green, smooth. Lvs. semi-shiny above, medium to dark green, nerves barely impressed, veinlets prominulous; lvs. beneath dull, whitish tomentulose, nerves dull yellowish, veinlets obscure. Lvs. firmly membranaceous, pliable. Petiole dull, dark green, upper and lower pulvini tan. Infl. cauliflorous, 1 m. from ground, yellowish green. Fls. yellow-green, exuding droplets of sticky nectar. Visited by tiny flies. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
