Low-lying, seasonally inundated forest
dominated by Eperua falcata Aub1.
(Fabaceae, Caesalpinioideae) and
Astroqaryum sp. (Arecaceae). Tree, 30
m tall; flowers zygomorphic, corolla
lavender, lip violet abaxially, yellow
basally.
