Habitat
Open dwarf forest, north-facing slopes. Locally frequent.

Description
Small tree, 3 m. tall; leaves spreading in 2 planes, subcoriaceous, dull green above, pale green and reticulate beneath. Calyx flesh-salmon; petals white; filaments white; anthers creamy, staminal disk salmon-brick. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
