Disturbed, weedy, successional forest on gentle, S-facing slopes
above tributary to Mud Creek. Soil rocky with surfacing limestone
and chert abundant.
Common along drive between entrance and first creek crossing.
Twining liana. Capsules maturing pale yellow-orange; arils bright
orange-red.
