CAROLINE ISLANDS
BELAU: Kayangel State. Kayangel, the main island of Kayangel atoll; southern
interior part of island. Agrofbrest with Cocos, Artocarpus, Musa interspersed
with coastal forest elements, on coral sand and rubble substrate.
Herb with underground bulb, florming dense colonies along roadside in sun or
shade. Leaves light green, flowers deep pink. Naturalized.
