RANCHO SANTA ANA BOTANIC GARDEN Flora of Los Angeles County, California, USA FABACEAE Spartium junceum L. Liebre Mountains, confluence of Ruby Canyon and Elizabeth Lake Canyon at northwest end of Red Mountain. Near 34°36’ 10’ ’N, 118°33’14”W. T6NR16W. Elev. ca. 1920 ft. Disturbed fill off edge of Ruby Canyon Road at jtn with Lake Hughes Road. Slopes with Cercocarpus betuloides, Quercus agrifolia, Adenostoma fasciculatum, Eriogonum fasciculatum, etc. Populus fremontii, Salix lasiolepis, S. laevigata, S. exigua, Tamarix ramosissima common along stream in canyon bottoms.
