Habitat
Low gentle slopes 0.5 km S of Androscoggin River; edge of fragmented woods with much Fraxinus americana and Acer rubrum; other trees, F. pennsylvanica (perhaps planted), Betula papyrifera, B. populifolia, Ulmus americana, Pinus strobus (planted); shrubs, Rhus typhina, Prunus virginiana; on ground, somewhat mowed with Solidago canadensis var. hargeri, Spiraea alba, Dactylis, ?Cinna (but clonal like puny Phalaris).

Description
Tree ca 12 cm dbh, 10 m tall; no dieback. Fruiting. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
