Swampy woods at back of floodplain of Dead River; scattered Fraxinus nigra 5-10 m from road; Acer rubrum dominant; other woodies, Ulmus americana, Alnus ?rugosa (shrub); on ground, Osmunda regalis (common), O. cinnamomea, Onoclea, Spiraea alba, Sphagnum.

Description
Tree ca 15 cm dbh, 10 m tall; ca 30% dieback and 10% current leaf damage. No fruit.
