Terrace of small stream with thin woods and edges; subject is somewhat isolated tree by ditch along road, mowed behind; nearby Fraxinus americana (common), Rhus typhina, Acer saccharum, Quercus rubra, Fagus, Populus tremuloides, Vitis ?aestivalis; less Prunus serotina, Ulmus rubra; on ground, Clematis virginiana, Dennstaedtia, Pteridium, Asclepias syriaca, Lactuca floridana, Solidago rugosa, Ageratina altissima, Hemerocallis.

Description
Tree ca 2 dm dbh, 20 m tall; <10% dieback but leaves with frequent fungal problem. Not fruiting in 2016; but 2015 fruit collected from ground. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
