    [Collector updated based on message from James B. Phipps 2004: “Virtually all your Beadle names are credited to the collector W.W. Eggleston, who is associated usually (perhaps always) with a ‘B' or ‘H' collection number. In reality, ‘B' and ‘H' are the collectors, these being C.D. Beadle and T.G. Harbison, the Biltmore collector, respectively. It seems, however, that it was Eggleston who compiled and initially curated this important collection of syntypes, some only fragments, because much (?all) of the handwriting is his."]
