Seasonally-flooded (lowland) mixed forest, near riverbank, canopy
emergents 25-30 m. Liana. Twigs white to brown, lenticellate, young
twigs + infl rachis green. Fruit immat., hard, green, irreg ovoid, 2-3.5 cm
diam, pulp white within, seeds (endosperm) translucent white. Package
incl. Common Name: wirarime (Trio).
