Primary forest 45 m high, open, not
disturbed. Side of limestone hill,
below top ridge. Terrain steep, bare
rock.
Tree, solitary, 17 m high, without
exudate from the leaves. Flower
greenish white. Clear bole 12 m, ra-
ther straight, without buttresses.
Outer bark 0.3 mm thick, brownish,
not fissured, not peeling off. Inner
bark 7 mm thick, pale reddish, wit-
hout exudate, with strong nutmeg
smell. Sapwood yellow, wood with
strong nutmeg smell. Vern. Kirawa.
