with small, now non-flowing creek.
37°15’13”N, 88°31’37”W alt. 120 m.
Forest on gentle slope on S side of creek but away from and
well above floodplain. Pinus, Liquidambar styraciflua,
Liriodendron tulipifera.
Small tree 8 m. tall, 12 cm. in diameter. Voucher for wood
specimen, MADw. Fruit abundant, hanging, green.
