Suriname. Sipaliwini. Along trails 1-2 km ENE (55-60°) from
Kwamalasamutu village center (vicinity of 1.0 ha research plot,
"KW2"). 2021'2"N 56°46'20"W. Non-flooded, disturbed, secondary
forest, open sun, flat to hilly terrain. Liana. Stem lenticellate, round,
twisted, 10 cm diam. Fruits brownish-purple, densely lenticellate, seeds
compose, w/ blond hairs. Common Name: tikanaranemi or
kurumpmpTri'kl2 (Trio).
