Fruits small, asymmetrical, lumpy. Dark green, pebbly with hard raised or pyramidal sections
flattened on top. Very yellow flesh with large seeds enclosed by the tough, fleshy, rubbery
perianth. Male inflorescence 16x4 cm, with profuse pollen. Small leaves, entire or only one lobe
when mature. Younger leaves have 2-3 pairs of shallow to moderately dissected lobes on upper
1/2-1/3rd. Soft, dull, smooth blade with yellow veins. No hairs on upper veins. Profuse appressed
reddish hairs on lower veins. Tree -6 m.
