    Herb, 40 cm tall, growing in clump. Stipe and rachis broadly canaliculate, some remnant scales on stipe, the ultimate segments toothed, Sori elongate, 2 bundles, these obliquely oriented, at this stage of development the indusium appears on one side. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
