Old, untended farm apple orchard on top of ridge, rich loess
soil over dolomite. Scattered Juglans cinerea.
Shrub 2.5 m. tall, with 4 arching stems in a clump, to 5.5
cm. in diameter. Voucher for wood specimen, MADw. Fruit
green, immature, held above the plane of the leaves.
