Mixture of coffee plantations and remnants of woodland
with much escaped Impatiens, and open grassy and brushy
areas with much Melinis minutiflora (not now blooming).
Shrub 3 m. tall, 3 cm. in diameter. Flowers bright reddish.
Fruit hanging.
