on wet sandy soil in seeps at base of grassy sandy slope
underlain by Carrizo Sand, upper edge of floodplain of
perennial stream, W side of AlumOeek ca. 500 ft. WNW of
crossing of Hoppy Spring Tract road, ca. 1.3 airmiles SE to
SSE of jet. St. Rt. 21 and F. M. 1441 NE of Bastrop, at
N30°08'07.4”, W097°12’53.7”. Bastrop State Park.
Smithville NW Quadrangle. Elev. 410 ft. Area lightly
burned during Bastrop Complex Wildfire of September
2011.
Associates included Agrostis hiemalis, Carex tetrastachya, Eleocharis
30382, Juncus effusus, Ludwigia sp., Persicaria sp., Rubus trivialis,
Sisyrinchium rosulatum, Valerianella radiata.
