The New York Botanical Garden Plants of BOLIVIA Phytolaccaceae Seguieria paraguayensis Morong det. M. Nee, 2007 Depto. Santa Cruz, Prov. Ibanez, 2.3 km N of center of Cotoca. 17°44’10”S, 63°00’19”W. alt. 340 m. Flat, sandy clayey soil, formerly semi-deciduous subtropical forest, with Samanea tubulosa, Pterogyne nitens, now mostly cleared for pastures and some field crops. Tree 9 m. tall, 40 cm. in diameter, near a house but undoubtedly native; bark smooth, like that of Gallesia integrifolia, but this species has no smell. With abundant yellow-green fruit. •Coll.: M.
