contains Geode Mountain (rhyolite), sedimentary formations, and
serpentine. Soils vary from hard rock to rich humus. Land mostly
occupied by oak woodland and chaparral]. North slope of Geode
Mountain near pond. Wood above pond. Corolla purple.
