Just n of junction of Elkhom Road and Soda Lake Rd. at s end
of Carrizo Plain. Wash channel at road.. Apparent hybrid
swarm between Salsola paulsenii and S. tragus. Plants vary
greatly in phenology, wings of calyx, growth habit,
pigmentation, etc. .
