Nearly undisturbed subtropical forest
dominated by Anadenanthera colubrina,
very flat, the soil fine sandy and silty.
"arbol de ajo" Tree 13 m. tall, 40 cm. d
branches twisted; bark smooth but slightly \warty,
Leaves dark green above, medium green
foliage and fruits with overpowering stench
garlic. Ashes used for making soap.
