Freshwater pond near shore.

Description
Herb, floating on surface of pond. There is a small population of about a dozen plants here. They appear to have overwintered from 2014 when the population covered about half the pond. These plants were removed right after we collected these, and throughout the summer, fall and winter of 2015, no more were observed.
