Observations in cultivation
Potted shrub with arching branches to 45cm from a
large spherical basal woody tuber. Flowers from
reddish-brown pedicels. Calyx orange, corolla orange
with dark purple tips to the lobes. Distinctly smelling
of wintergreen.
