Wilbur 1969 Provincia de Alajuela: Forested slopes about 19 km. north of San Ramon. Elevation about 3400 feet. Shrub 1-2 in. tall with arching branches growing beside small stream. Calyx and basal 2 4 cm. of corolla pink with the abruptly narrowed white tip. Both stamens and anthers equal. Only plant of this kind seen today. R. L. WILBUR & D. E.
