color from a pearly-white to a deep
purple-mauve, with a number of curious,
opalescent mauves in between. Uwually
the fruits are about £* in diam* and
borne in great quantities. Leaves
small, whitish below. Tangled, wiry
shrubs to 12” tall, though, usually
in exposed positions not more them
