    Mature forest with cleared/disturbed understory and intact canopy. Premontane Wet Forest.

  • Description

    Tree, 15 m tall. Inner bark and twigs with sweet odor. Young twigs purple. Inflorescence axillary, corolla with 8 white lobes in 2 whorls. Four nutlets at base of stigma.
