Flowers canary yellow: filaments lemon yellow, 12 mm.: anther <$OJLiorjLike petals, anther slits 15mm.: awn 8-10 mm., recurved: six outer petals, 10 cm. by 5-6 cm., six inner petals, 10 by 3-4 cm.: dorsal parts or calyx greenish, irregular in length frouL 2t9 cm. by 2-5 cm..
