Location/Habitat Port Howe, found on a trail that is off the main road (runs east), between the end of Port Howe settlement and Greenwood Beach Resort, but closer to the settlement. Disturbed scrubby-low dry evergreen forest/coppice. Latitude 24°1017N Longitude 75°19 50 W Uses/Comments Branches are boiled and the decoction taken for any kind of pain (menstrual, back, stomach), taken for cough, TB, diarrhea, to cause an abortion, improve appetite, some put in bush tea, and also use as bitters.
