The New York Botanical Garden Woody Plants of U. S. A. LEGUMINOSAE Robinia pseudoacacia L. Cultivated tree 12 m. tall, 40 cm. in diameter, planted in the 1930's to stabilize gully erosion in bottom of small valley. Fruit abundant, hanging, green, usually with red markings.
