Elevation 1010-1090 ft.
Xeric to wet-mesic, upland, tallgrass prairie hay meadow on
moderate, S to SE-facing slopes above tributary to Little Stranger
Creek. Surfacing limestone scattered at top of slope. Site burned
earlier in year.
Locally common in swale at base of slope. Plants caespitose.
